Changing your mind
Email email@example.com and let me know the reason for returning the work. When I’ve agreed that i’m happy to honour the return of the artwork then please follow the steps below -
All artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived.
In order to qualify for a refund, the art must be carefully packaged and returned in its original packaging. When i’m happy that the artwork has been returned in the same condition it was sent out in, then I will process your refund for you.
If you have any problems with your refund, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
Unfortunately I won’t be able to absorb the cost of the returns, so this will have to be at your expense.
Accidents sometimes happen, so if a piece of artwork is damaged upon arrival, then please contact me, let me know what happened and provide images of the damage to packaging and artwork. When I’ve identified the reason for the damage then I will take the necessary steps to refund you or send you a replacement.
All artwork is fully insured.
